Great Eastern Supremacy Scholarship Awards are looking for applicants who are an all rounder with excellent academic achievements and active in extracurricular activities during secondary and pre-university level. This scholarship ONLY consider those with STPM or its equivalent (e.g. foundation, matriculation, A- levels, SAM, etc.) and sponsor students to do full time studies at local (public and private) or foreign universities.
Applicants can apply for the scholarship even without having a policy with Great Eastern Life. However, they will need to take up an insurance position with Great Eastern Life if awarded the scholarship. The recipients will be bonded for 7 years for Overseas Scholarship Award and 3 years for the Local Scholarship Award upon graduation.

Eligibility Criteria:
- Applicants must be Malaysian citizens;
- Outstanding or Good STPM results, A Levels, UEC, SAM, CPU, Matriculation, Diploma or its equivalent;
- Attending or obtained confirmed / conditional entry into recognised overseas universities or be able to gain admission to the local public or private universities for approved courses of study;
- Active member of any sports and extra curricular activities;
- Must not be bonded to or holding any other scholarships or receiving financial assistance from any other institutions or organizations.;
- Overseas: Provisional offer of scholarship will be made subject to the confirmation of acceptance by the abovementioned educational institutions;
- Local: Applicants to be considered from local private universities must have completed their matriculation or the first year in their degree programme;
- There will be an assessment day for shortlisted applicants who have undergone the selection interview.

- However, if you have no access to internet, you can send the application by normal mail / courier / A. R. registered mail. Remember to indicate “Scholarship” on the top left of the envelope and submit your application to:
- You will know the outcome of your application at least two weeks after the closing date. However, ONLY shortlisted candidates will be notified.
- If you don’t hear any news from them within this duration, you may consider your application unsuccessful.
